High Jewelry Distribution Specialist

Position Bulgari Gioielli S.p.A., within its High Jewelry Supply Chain department based in Rome, is looking for a High Jewelry Distribution Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for the following main activities: Organize national/international shipments in consignment for High Jewelry items producing, verifying and updating the documentation required and coordinating logistic movements of items in consignment to support worldwide Bulgari events.Provide Support to the distribution network and to the store, addressing and closing all local requests.Fill in proper documentation (Carnet Ata, pro-forma and DDT) and follow-up on its renewal, track and archive all relevant administrative/transportation documents.Monitor the High Jewelry consignment status and ensure documents update.Manage relations with involved third parties (e.g. shipping agents, customs).Issue commercial invoice (Inter Company and Third Parties) respecting legal, administrative and customs requirements.Participate as a key user in the IT projects to implement new flows and functionalities in the systems.Perform periodic reconciliations of Bulgari goods at external parties and with other Bulgari Companies.Interact with internal clients (e.g. High Jewelry Sales, Business Unit, Stores) to update on shipment status, providing all needed information.Analyze transportation costs and invoicing process, proposing improvements.
