Your mission The ASM Italy & Greece is fullyaccountable for the sales leadership and direction of the GSbusiness in the area.
She/he is responsible to laterally lead thepartner business in the respective markets to drive brand executionacross all channels with the aim of setting, meeting and exceedingthe overall targets.
She/he is accountable for deliveringexceptional client experience, brand visibility and operationalexcellence, thanks to the proper planning and implementation of theGS Distribution, Retail and Training strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up and achieve the sales budget (in unit and value) on theconcerned area - Ensure the right presence and environment of thebrand at the POS and digital level - Monitoring and ensure thequality and quantity of the stock level at the POS following theInternational Guidelines.
- Responsible for any opening or closingof doors in the concerned area under the guidance of the GS EuropeSales Director - Representative of the brand throughout theconcerned territory, and responsible for the same in term ofquality and quantity regarding the way the brand and products aremarketed - In charge of the Trade/POS events in liaise with the GSEurope HQ and Marketing department - Follow up, coordination andliaise between POS and the Physical Distribution department onlogistic aspect - Coordination of watches orders especially duringlaunch periods - Support market with material and services fromlocal headquarters for product launch, events and promotion - Feedlatest information on activities, promotions, material availabilityto POS - Control local marketing activities and defined budget withand under the guidance of the GS Europe structure - Feed ofinformation and follow up with the GS Europe headquarters - GeneralAdministrative work, filling and organization of the informationflow (incoming/outgoing) - Client visits Organization - Partnersteams training thanks to the GS training and eLearning -Responsibilities of POS sales statistics.
Requirements - Fluent inverbal and written in Italian/ English and ideally French - Basicunderstanding on how to market a luxury consumer goods (Ads, sales,distribution, pricing, communication, PR and POSM) - Ability totravel (up to 70%) - Ability to work in team, and to take adequatedecision - Digital and IT friendly - Open minded, can listen -Communicative Reporting line Based in Milan Report to Grand SeikoEurope Sales director Starts May 2025
