If you're passionate about building intelligent systems that solve complex, real-world challenges and thrive in cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and deploy AI solutions focused on time series analysis for business-critical applicationsFine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for specialized use casesBuild and maintain efficient data processing pipelines to support model training and inferenceImplement and evaluate model deployment strategies in production environmentsCollaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovationContinuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiencyStay up to date with the latest trends and research in AI, ML, and neural network architecturesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production settingsStrong Python programming skills, including experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and SciPyExpertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, particularly for RNNs and custom neural network modelsProven experience with time series data management and analysis techniquesSolid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patternsProficiency with version control tools (Git) and unit testing practicesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaborationNice to HaveExperience with model compression techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, distillation)Hands-on knowledge of transformer models and large language models (LLMs)Understanding of MLOps workflows and model lifecycle managementExperience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)Background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong plusReady to bring AI to life?
