Assistant Sommelier

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiasticAssistant Sommelier for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winningfive-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscancountryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards andwonderful gardens.
The individual is passionate about wines andhospitality, a team player with good verbal and communicationskills.
This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills.Main responsibilities: - Provide advice and guidance to guests onwine pairings.
- Offer unique wine journeys to guests.
Candidateprofile: - Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotelsis required.
- Fluent level of English is requested.
- Knowledge offood & service is mandatory.
- Knowledge of wines and itsregions is compulsory.
