Assistant Store Manager Starbucks Bolzano | New Opening

Starbucks continues its expansion and is preparing to open its first store in Bolzano!
For this exciting new project, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Supervisor).
You will be the point of reference during your shift, actively supporting the Store Manager in managing the store and inspiring our partners (baristas) daily to offer a unique experience to our customers.
What we are looking for: At least 2 years of previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, preferably in structured environmentsGood analytical skills and knowledge of key sales KPIsA person with a strong propensity for customer contact and team motivationGood knowledge of English and German languagesOngoing training, both on the job and in classroom, to grow within Starbucks and all brands of the Percassi GroupSpecialized training on coffee culture and management skillsFull-time contract

Training will be conducted inside a Starbucks store with the support of an experienced team and/or in classroom, depending on needs (HACCP, H&S, product training, Starbucks knowledge).
