Job Overview

The Athletic Center Front Desk Attendant position works to achieve one of our number one goals: to create a guest experience of a lifetime. You will be encouraged to use your creativity and customer service skills to provide our guest and members an arrival experience that's positive, engaging, warm and authentic. As a member of our Athletic Center team, you are important ambassador of Brasada and have valued contact with guests and members to ensure their vacation with us is flawless.
You must have a sense for the customer experience and feel confident when adhering to Club access policies and procedures. You have strong communication skills and attention to detail in daily operational procedures. You are empowered to make magic happen and inspire your team members to do the same.
General Responsibilities
Effectively control access to the facility through positive customer engagements and club check in policies & procedures.
Answering phones, emails, and texts (through our onsite concierge app Alice) as it pertains to Athletic Center operations.
Effectively booking reservations as it applies to daily Swim, Gym, Studio, and Youth Programs on property.
Effective use of our Point of Sale software JONAS.
Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes for youth programs and activities.
Effectively merchandise, market and sell retail items to guests and members.
Establish and build relationships with member base to understand needs and expectations.
Effectively communicate with all departments on daily activities and opportunities.
Adhere to all opening and closing procedures of the Athletic Center.
Assist as needed with other duties in and around the Athletic Center, including (but not limited to) maintaining facility and pool deck cleanliness, serving food, facilitating poolside activities, stocking locker rooms and fitness facility with appropriate amenities, etc.
Ability to work a flexible schedule week to week.
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications / Requirements
Effective oral/written/telephone communication skills and well-developed project management skills.
Knowledge and enthusiasm for Central Oregon.
Strong background in customer service and problem resolution skills
Experience working in an upscale hotel / resort setting suggested
Ability to seek and build relationships with members, guests and the local community.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under multiple / high-volume demands.
Time management and organization skills required.
Must have enthusiasm and a passion for helping people.
Experience working with Microsoft Software (excel, outlook, word, power point, publisher, etc.)

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
OLCC Server's Permit desired
Food Handlers Permit desired
