Job DescriptionAlibaba is seeking a BD & Key Account Manager for Italy Sellers operations.
The role involves managing local Chinese sellers and expanding business opportunities within Italy.
Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness expansion: Prospect new local Chinese business leads and onboard new strategic accounts in Italy.Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations: Analyze market demand for FMCG, forecast sales volume, negotiate prices and stock with key accounts, and improve fulfillment cost efficiency in collaboration with logistics.Promotion operations: Collaborate with campaign teams to increase visibility and sales through promotions, SEO, and external traffic.Job RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus); fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English for business communication.At least 3 years of experience in business development or Key Account management within e-commerce.Experience in building relationships and negotiating with suppliers.Results-driven with proven sales achievements.Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, resilience, startup mindset, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.Structured, meticulous, ambitious, and committed to high standards.
