Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Build close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.Achieve sales objectives related to product and market growth through strategic analysis and influencing decision-makers.Plan short and medium-term sales strategies, collaborate with the Product Management team, and contribute to marketing and strategic decisions.Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.Engage in activities such as end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product information, and expanding project pipelines.Report weekly on sales progress and project developments.Conduct customer audits, market segmentation, and contribute ideas for marketing and new product launches.Focus on product/channel/customer margins, accurate forecasting, and achieving budgets and targets.RequirementsProven track record in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end-users and consultants.Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals.Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT & Networking.Experience working with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous.Understanding of network video systems and their topology.Business or technical degree (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.Fluent in English and the local European language.Clean driving license.LocationThis is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy.
