Mozambique LNG is a major initiative with an estimated project cost of $18 billion.Includes onshore facilities comprising 2 LNG trains totaling 13 MTPA, utilities, marine facilities, site infrastructure, and a resettlement village.Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Engineer to oversee the design completion and execution of civil facilities for the project.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the civil engineering team's activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.Review and approve approximately 1,000 technical documents related to civil disciplines.Collaborate closely with contractors to coordinate engineering efforts and resolve technical issues promptly.Implement engineering specifications and ensure materials, equipment, and services procurement aligns with project requirements.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil / Hydraulic / Transportation Engineering.Minimum of 8 years' experience in design and execution of Oil and Gas or large infrastructure projects.Proficiency in English; ability to work in an international regulatory environment.Strong knowledge of engineering methods, technologies, and AutoCAD 2D.Location : Initially based in Milan during the engineering phase, with potential relocation to the construction site upon project progression.
