Job DescriptionKey Activities & Responsibilities: Prepare and discuss the project execution strategy with the Project Team (Project Director/Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager) and the Head of Department.
Ensure its application throughout the project lifecycle.
Civil Project Leaders are supported by Group Leaders for specialized topics.Coordinate with the Project Engineering Manager and other Civil Project Leaders to develop and maintain project procedures, guidelines, and standards.Ensure coordination of disciplinary activities across locations, maintaining document consistency with the contract, adhering to schedules, meeting contract requirements, respecting budgets, and ensuring quality under the guidance of the Project Engineering Manager and collaboration with other Civil Project Leaders.Engage with Client representatives and Vendors on technical topics affecting project timelines and costs.Provide assistance to Procurement, Commissioning, and Construction departments as needed for project success.Personal Attributes: Degree in Civil Engineering.At least 10 years of civil engineering experience in plant engineering within petrochemical, oil & gas, or power sectors.Previous experience as a project leader.Experience coordinating international teams across different locations.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short and long durations.Additional Notes: If you do not hold a passport of the country where the vacancy is located, a work permit may be required.
