Start Up - Tourism & LeisureManaging our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, twitter and LinkedInWriting engaging copy appropriate to different audiences and social media platforms that reflects our brand, services and productsProduce visual assets (photos, images, gifs etc) that can be used across social media channels (with the help of our design team)To be a savvy writer capable of speaking confidently to target audiences, you will drive and edit copy for our multiple social media accounts.To be highly reactive and have a strong sense of social media trends in order to maintain a cool and current voice for our accounts. You should also be ready to compose eloquent responses to queries and customer questions.You will collaborate with the Marketing team on all seasonal campaign copy, including special projects, product marketing and tactical campaigns.You will work closely with our Marketing team on newsletter campaigns, offline campaigns, display campaigns, homepage and landing page messaging to speak to our consumer and drive sales.Writing for product labelling and occasional copy creation in line with development for creative concepts.Work with customer support teams to manage online communities day-to-dayCritical analysis of social media dataWeekly and monthly social media platform reports and campaign reportsConstant monitoring and management of reviews on different platforms (i.e. Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, Google Play store, Apple store, etc)Conduct sentiment analysis on our brandImpeccable copywriting skillsMother tongue level written and spoken EnglishExperience of Hootsuite, Buffer or other social media management software.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro a plusOrganised and efficientSound understanding of social media industry and platform trendsAttention to detail with good editorial judgement, accuracy and sensitivityAbility to meet targets and deadlines whilst managing a wide range of concurrent activitiesA highly analytical approach with an ability able to critically evaluate ideas and informationDemonstrate knowledge and experience of assisting and managing social media accounts and campaigns
