Qualifications 1-2 years of professional experience in Compliance, preferably in Finance Fluent in Italian and proficient in English University degree in finance/business or banking training with additional certifications Proactive problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset What you'll do Monitor compliance activities Approve marketing activities Handle complaints Support AML risk assessments Draft reports for regulators Ensure compliance with local regulations Review and report suspicious transactions Support audits Contribute to product and service expansion projects Provide MI reports This is a unique opportunity to take on a dynamic Compliance role within an innovative environment.
