Corporate Communication Manager

Salerno, ItalySelection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at national and international levels, is seeking a:
Our client is a multinational company and market leader in providing IT and Cloud services/products.
The selected candidate will be part of the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Director.
They will be responsible for developing and coordinating the Group's Communication strategy to support strategic and business objectives, ensuring coherence and consistency across all platforms and corporate communications.
Main Responsibilities:Maintain constant relationships with the Board of Directors and the CEO to stay aligned on corporate strategic priorities;Coordinate and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with corporate goals;Manage the positioning and reputation of the Group at market and institutional levels;Ensure branding guidelines are followed in all marketing and communication initiatives;Coordinate team resources both directly and functionally;Work closely with BU marketing managers to support their activities and ensure coherent and integrated communication;Supervise PR, corporate events, and media relations;Manage relationships and positioning with stakeholders;Oversee spokesperson interventions;Coordinate and manage crisis communication;Establish effective internal communication, define guidelines and processes, and ensure proper information flow across organizational levels;Manage the department budget;Monitor and evaluate communication strategies' effectiveness using metrics and KPIs, and make strategic adjustments based on data.Candidate Requirements:Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent;Extensive experience in Corporate Communication Management;Proven experience in creating, developing, and supervising corporate communication strategies;Strong skills in managing relationships with institutions and internal/external stakeholders;Background in Cloud Providing/Internet Providing/Technology sectors;Fluency in English;Business-oriented and results-driven;Excellent interpersonal skills;Dynamic and flexible personality.Strengths of the Offer:Recognized tech company as an industry leader;Continuous training with structured induction plans and role-specific pathways;Motivating and dynamic environment;Human-centric corporate culture;Close-knit, competent, and collaborative team;Challenging and ambitious projects.Workplace: Remote or hybrid options based on candidate preferences, or at one of the numerous company locations.
Salary: Approximately €70,000, commensurate with candidate skills.
