Are you one of them?KPMG Advisory S.p.A.'s Corporate Finance comprises an M&A team dedicated to sales and purchases of credit portfolios and servicing / origination platforms on the Italian market (KPMG Portfolio Solution Group).The team operates on behalf of Italian banks and both Italian and international Private Equity / Hedge Funds Investors. Acting as an independent advisor, KPMG Corporate Finance is an acknowledged leader on the Italian market for this type of transaction.We are seeking asenior financial analyst with 2 to 4-years’ experience in advisory firms, asset management, private equity funds / hedge funds, for the Milan offices.The candidate will support the team on several activities including among others: market research, drafting marketing material for pitching, financial modelling, business plan drafting, valuation analysis and structuring of securitisation transactions, preparation of supporting documentation for M&A processes (process letters, non-disclosure agreements, information memoranda, loan datatapes etc.) and project management.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:- degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering- knowledge of the main technical features of performing and non-performing loans (NPL), including knowledge of the reference market- the participation in the sales/purchase of non-performing loans, from origination to execution, will be considered as an additional qualification- proficiency in English, possibly as a second language, better if backed up by a study and/or work experience abroad- proficiency in Microsoft Office with specific financial modelling skills on Excel and PowerPoint presentation skillsIn addition, the ideal candidate has strong motivation, marked problem-solving skills and the ability to take active part in dynamic, international teams.The requested data will be processed in full compliance with the provisions contained in the European Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR" or "Privacy Policy") and its subsequent amendments and additions.
