We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Support Agent to join our team located in Bergamo.
Main Responsibilities : Manage administrative support requests related to payments, renewals, and domain operations (registration, transfer, ownership change).Provide telephone and ticket-based support to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.Promote and sell the company's services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Communicate with customers professionally, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.Collaborate with the team to improve processes and optimize the service provided.Maintain a strong focus on service quality.Requirements : Sales aptitude and customer-oriented mindset.Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proactivity, teamwork ability, and goal orientation.Previous experience in customer service is considered a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
