Thousands of people in Italy participate in the Nielsen research about how Italians use their digital devices. We are responsible for recruiting, assisting, retaining and engaging our research participants.

As a Digital Support Agent, you will be representing the Nielsen research and be in direct contact with our research participants. You will work to invite people to participate in the research and provide a great customer service experience. You will be in the middle of the action by liaising directly with our research participants as well as local and international stakeholders.


-Panel support on a daily basis for the research participants through tools provided, mainly but not limited to email and phone support
-As the first person of contact with our research participants, you will need to have a clear focus on providing high-quality service
-You will contact over the phone people interested to participate in the research, to present the project, invite them to participate and support them
-You will actively contribute to the development and improvement of the research participants communication (e.g. emails, general translation and web content)
-Identify and escalate any process improvement opportunities and risks to the business with regards to local research panels
-You will be fluent in English as you're an active part of an international team
-You will support the research sample management, according to market and legal requirements
-Your day to day role is not limited to the above responsibilities and may evolve according to changing business needs


You're a problem-solver by nature. With the right systems, you're unstoppable. You're tech-savvy and just as comfortable behind a computer screen as you are in front of people.

-Fluent level of English
-Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian
-Confident in using computers and office applications
-Interest in media, market research and digital developments
-Friendly, open and strong team player

Please be informed that the working hours are 10.30 am - 7.20 pm with a 50-minute break, Monday- Friday.
