The RoleWe seek a dynamic Educational Content & Marketing Manager with a strong educational background to position Twinkl as the leading resource provider in Italy.
The candidate will be well-connected in the education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and capable of leading teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducational Leadership and Market Understanding: Demonstrate understanding of the education landscape, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct market research, and lead resource development.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.Marketing and Brand Awareness: Develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, build relationships with local organizations, and analyze marketing data.Business Growth and Performance: Achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets, monitor market trends, and report on performance.Candidate RequirementsDeep knowledge of the Italian education market and experience teaching in a public state school.Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, and risk management abilities.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Highly organized, results-focused, and experienced in marketing and social media.Passion for education and alignment with Twinkl's mission.
