We are currently seeking English language trainers to join our team of language training professionals.
As an English language trainer at TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to clients from diverse sectors and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training.
Develop supplementary course materials to meet learners' needs.
Assess language levels of students.
Engage learners actively and maintain motivation.
Monitor progress and evaluate performance throughout the course.
Apply TransPerfect's teaching methodology and adapt lessons to various culturally-based learning styles.
Participate in professional development and additional training programs.
Education and Experience
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of teaching experience in English.
Experience in the production and marketing of oil, biofuels, natural gas, renewable energy, or electricity (preferred).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the corporate business environment.
Proficiency in a second language.

Locations: Milan, Rome, Potenza, Matera (face-to-face and remote teaching).
