The mission of the S2C2 Field Service Team is to maintain IBAs Cyclotron equipment and systems used in Proton Therapy, an advanced form of cancer treatment.

Challenges you will be trusted withPlanning and executing preventive maintenance missions according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring safety and quality in mechanical and electrical tasks.Delivering detailed reports to colleagues and customers.Repairing and debugging subsystems following documented procedures.Testing equipment and systems as per specifications.Supporting our Field Service Teams in North America and Asia when required.Assisting engineers during corrective maintenance and emergency missions.Supporting R&D developments on-site and at our assembly halls in Belgium.Supporting clinical operations at Proton Therapy sites.What we valueQualifications in electromechanical engineering or equivalent experience.Previous experience maintaining mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Additional positivesExperience with vacuum cooling or ionizing radiation.A valid driving license.Residence within a reasonable distance from an international airport.Personal qualitiesDriven, proactive, and hands-on professional.Ability to organize work autonomously and take initiative.Team player with excellent communication skills.Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, mainly on weekends.Willing to work on shifts, including night shifts.Experience and employment detailsEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: [Specify years]Vacancy: 1Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy
