As part of our continued growth across Italy, we are seeking a Senior Field Service & Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in technical training, customer service excellence, and stakeholder support.

Your Impact

As a Senior Field Service & Training Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of impactful technical training and service support across Italy.
By equipping installers, service partners, and internal teams with expert knowledge, you will directly enhance customer satisfaction, reinforce service quality, and support the success of commercial operations.

What You'll Do

Training & Development

Design and deliver engaging training sessions to installers, multi brand agencies, customers, and internal staffTailor training materials to blend technical depth with commercial relevanceFacilitate in-person and virtual training, driving high engagement and knowledge retention

Technical Service & Coordination

Oversee a network of 20+ Grohe Technical Assistance Centres across ItalyMonitor service quality and drive continuous improvementManage partner alignment with service standards and company policy

Commercial & Pre-Sales Support

Support trade fairs, roadshows, and retail events with live product demosCollaborate with sales teams to deliver technical insights and increase engagement

Remote Technical Support

Provide expert troubleshooting and consultancy via phone/emailTrack recurring issues and share findings to enhance product and service delivery

Quality Control & Communication

Conduct service quality audits and gather user feedbackManage complaints, returns, and logistics for defective productsEnsure transparent communication of product updates to stakeholders

What You'll Need

Previous experience in field service, technical support, or training rolesStrong knowledge of product installation and servicing (preferably in bathroom/building solutions)Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiencesExperience delivering in-person and remote training sessionsCustomer-first mind-set, with a solution-oriented approachAbility to work independently and collaborate across functions

Other Requirements

Intermediate English (spoken and written)Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic SAPWillingness to travel regularly across Italy
