Job Description
We are looking for a freelance packaging designer to support the development of visual and structural packaging solutions for an ongoing project.
The collaboration will be project-based, with a clear creative direction already defined, and focused on translating identity and concept into tangible packaging outputs.
We're looking for someone who combines aesthetic sensibility, material culture and feasibility, precision, with the ability to work within existing creative frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop packaging concepts in line with a defined brand world
Design dielines, labels, wraps, and structural forms
Select materials, finishes, and printing techniques suitable for the project
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure coherence with the visual identity
Prepare final files for production and support prototyping if needed
Requirements
Proven experience in packaging design across fashion, beauty, lifestyle or cultural projects
Strong visual and material culture
Solid understanding of printing processes, materials, and finishes
Ability to translate concepts into coherent, elegant, and effective physical formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Precision, autonomy, and production sensibility
Nice to Have
Experience with luxury or artisanal product packaging
Familiarity with sustainability-focused materials and solutions
Interest in storytelling through object and tactile language
