The Group COO Governance and Communities Unit supports the Group Chief Operating Officer in managing the business agenda, coordinating regulatory impacts, and strengthening the global operations community.
It also manages specific projects ensuring cross-functional and geographical alignment.
The unit oversees activities carried out by Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP).
Position: ICT Regulation & Process Analyst Located within GOSP, this role involves monitoring regulatory changes impacting ICT processes, analyzing ICT processes, formalizing internal regulations, and coordinating management committees.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and operational continuity. Assessing and improving ICT processes for regulatory adoption. Aligning regulations to avoid overlaps and inefficiencies. Supporting projects to adapt the operating model to new regulations. Facilitating management committees and ensuring effective communication. Collaborating with operations at group and local levels. Implementing regulatory requirements within ICT processes. Collecting and assessing compliance data (e.g., GDPR, Data Governance). Supporting internal audits and corrective actions. Managing outsourcing contracts per policy. Leading or participating in projects related to regulation and process improvements. Acting as the main contact with Compliance, Finance, Audit, and Risk Management functions. Requirements Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regulation & Process Analyst and Project Manager in multinational companies or consulting firms, focusing on ICT, regulation management, and process improvement. Experience in documentation and regulation adoption, with proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher). Strong relationship management skills in complex environments. Ability to report periodically and meet deadlines. Teamwork skills in international settings. Skills ICT background with understanding of regulatory risks and process formalization. Structured, goal-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent work capability with leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Certifications such as PM, Auditor, COBIT, ITIL are a plus; industry knowledge is advantageous.
