What you will do.
A glimpse into your role:We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience in design and production of the following:
Improve merchant's knowledge and expertise with our services by providing trainings to client's staffOffer intensive support including product instructions.Maintain constant communication with customers to meet their needs and satisfy expectationsProactively develop and manage business relationships at store levelAchieve sales targets and take corrective actions when results deviate from expectationsDevelop action plans and conduct in-store visits aligned with the company's strategyProcess and present business statistics and insightsEnsure the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined planDeliver activities agreed upon with the customer to the storesDocument all merchant-specific information and activities in CRMKey competencies to empower your journey.
You'll drive towards success if you have:Background and Education
