Job Description
This thesis aims to design and develop a printed circuit board (PCB) featuring LEDs to demonstrate the capabilities of our LED driver in a local dimming backlight application

Throughout this experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:
Designing and developing aPCB
Developingfirmwarefor anembedded microcontroller
Performingsystem measurements
Enhancing your understanding ofDC-DC convertersand their role in poweringLED backlight systems

Your Profile
We are looking for a Master's student with a strong passion for Application Engineering-related topics and a willingness to learn and develop their skills in an international and multicultural environment. You should be comfortable working independently on technical tasks and proactively solving problems.

You are best equipped for this task if you:
Are a Master's student inComputer Science, ElectronicEngineering, or a similar field
Have basic knowledge ofembedded systemsandmicrocontroller programming.
Have fundamental knowledge of electronics, includingcircuit design and debugging.
Have programming skills inC++ and C
Familiarity withPCB design toolsis a plus (e.g. Altium Designer)
Are proficient inEnglish
