What You'll Do:Support end-to-end deal execution across sectors, with a focus on mid-marketConduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligencePrepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committeeMonitor portfolio companies and contribute to value creation strategiesCollaborate closely with senior team members and external advisorsWhat We're Looking For:2–4 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket or elite boutique) or at a reputable PE fundStrong technical and analytical skillset with solid financial modelling experienceProven track record working on M&A transactionsFluent in Italian and EnglishHighly driven, team-oriented, and intellectually curious
