Product Owner

We are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner to help us keep growing.
The Product Owner will join our Agile teams and will work closely with the Product Manager and other Product Owners, will actively contribute to the Product Roadmap and Product vision and translate Product Requirements into new features to improve our products and solve real customer problems.
Responsibilitiesworking with the Product Manager and the other Product Owners involved in the Agile delivery, translating product requirements into plain English recommendations, Epics, User and Enabler stories that will be used by the design and engineering teams to build and improve the products - holding content authority over User stories and Acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed - defining acceptance criteria, articulating customer needs, and validating that the definition of done for each iteration or sprint in the release cycle meets the needs of the business - becoming knowledgeable on Primeur's products and supporting the product team in driving the development of product features and functionality, leveraging existing capabilities where appropriate - understanding market trends, competition, and discovering what users need by conducting user research and unveiling critical insights - working closely with the UX Team during the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborating during user research, use case definition and prototyping phases - developing a deep understanding of current user workflows and help to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and user experience - managing the Product backlog, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are included, User stories are refined and ready for a minimum of one sprint in advance - prioritizing the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and optimizing the value of the work the development team performs - supporting the agile team members to answer queries and negotiate alternative options, receiving updates on progress, discussing obstacles to progress, and facilitating trade-offs decisions required on a day-to-day basis - documenting existing and new features for both internal reference and for end usersQualificationsexperience as Product Owner of enterprise products - a friendly and easy-going personality - this position requires constant interaction with the rest of the product team, consumers, and the wider organization - to be creative, innovative, and proactive - you will be helping the team to solve problems and design solutions - excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills - you can concisely articulate problems and solutions to engineers, designers, and business stakeholders - fluent spoken and written EnglishNice-to-havebachelor's / Master's degree or academic / professional certificates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, User-Centered Design - previous experience as enterprise user experience designer, business analyst, presales consultant, technical support engineer - Product Owner certification (PSPO I / PMI-ACP / CSPO) - proficiency with applicable work management tools (Atlassian Jira / Confluence, Miro, uxPin, Productboard)Additional Information
