Annuncio: Tuscany Flowers, a leading high-end floral design company based in Florence, is seeking an experienced part-time/full-time project manager assistant to: Develop and maintain status reports on current projects that will be circulated company wide. Assist in coordination of logistics for senior management and executive events and activities. Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure information is received in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on event day. Create presentations and assist with general office tasks. We are looking for a resourceful candidate, that will be working across the organization to get things done. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Master degree in Graphic Design or similar fields Good technical knowledge of the Adobe suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) ran on Mac OS. Good hand-drawing skills for renderings. Preferably English mother tongue and fluent in Italian (written and spoken). A previous experience in events is a plus, such as a passion for flowers. Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
