**Responsibilities**:
The Project Manager needs to complete projects as efficiently and swiftly as possible.
The job responsibilities include:
- Conduct project planning meetings
- Coordinate staff and internal resources
- Manage project progress and adjust work as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Design and oversee contract signing
- Control the receipt and dispatch of project documents
- Participate in bidding, including design, submission, and evaluation
- Develop risk mitigation plans
- Evaluate projects and write detailed reports for executives
- Optimize and improve processes and methods as needed
- Seek development opportunities and initiate new projects
- Manage large, diverse teams
**Qualifications**:
With over 3 years of experience as a project manager and holds one or more degrees in the following fields:
- Engineering
- IT or Computer Science
- Business or Business Management
- Management
Language Skills:
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
