Who we are LeadsBridge is a distributed B2B growing SaaS providing connections between the company business assets (e.g. CRM, Email Marketing Software, Database, SFTP) and the advertising accounts (e.g. Facebook, Google, LinkedIn). The team is composed of 35 people working every day from home, or where ever you love work We are divided into teams with different roles & responsibilities but sharing the same vision of a “more connected” business world, passing through our platform and API connections between different systems We are an official partner of these amazing companies: Facebook, Google & LinkedIn, and we interact every day with their team to scale clients and enabling new alpha/beta products. We work mainly remotely, but we know how much is important to meet a colleague “in-person”, to establish real connections. For these reasons, we meet each other at camps or events during the year where you will have the opportunity to speak to your colleagues, share ideas, and to do team-building activities. We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to establish and cultivate fruitful relationships with large clients all over the world and enable a successful flywheel model. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills mixed with account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for onboarding and upselling activities and you should also act proactively to address clients- needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to develop sales strategies and cooperate with the Product team on research and development operations. Digital advertising skills and technical knowledge of API and HTML at a surface level is an advantage. Day in the life In this role, you will Management of key accounts Act as the point of contact for clients Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner Act as a liaison between clients and our tech team Manage the entire sales cycle Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches Establish best practices Contribute to enhancing the knowledge base Build a dashboard to monitor and report sales performance analytics Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience Requirements On day 1 we'll expect you to have Proven work experience as a Sales account executive or Key account manager Previous experience in a B2B environment (digital marketing preferable) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent Business English (at least B2), communication and negotiation skills Solid knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP preferable) Confident on browsing info and technical documentation Knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads in particular) Familiar with API, HTTP Request, HTML forms documentation and specs Familiar with collaboration and project management tools VAT Number (Partita Iva) is a plus Perks and benefits Our focus on perks and benefits is to offer everything teammates need to do their best, healthiest work, and keep developing their craft.
