Purpose of the Job manages the configuration items from the "As Required" & "As Specified" baselines regarding Requirements ManagementEnsure that the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the contractual requirementsProvide the necessary support and trainings to tender and project teams regarding RM process, methodology and tools (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the processMonitors and reports on the status of RM activities, manages the RM database and helps engineers and other scope owners in their RM activities Organisational Reporting Direct report line to : TrainborneDesignEngineering Group ManagerDotted report toPrEM (during program / project execution)Key Network & Links Links with: System Engineers, Product Designers, System Application Architect (SAA), Project Architect,V&V, Safety, RAM, Quality, Project Engineering team.
Responsibilities Implements Requirement Management global processes on tender, execution contract projects for technical & non-technical requirementsSetup the Requirement Management plan according to the RM process and project execution strategyActs as the guardian of the integrity of the Contracts (from a RM point of view)Drives the engineers in their requirements development activitiesVerifies the data quality & consistency in the RM database, regularly exportsKPI to PrEMCommunicatewith project stakeholders to follow-up requirements committment, export, coverage, for the entire Requirement lifecycleManages the requirements changes & configurationContributes to RME NetworkActs as DOORS key user for the project teamAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
