We’re looking for an Agile Scrum Master to ensure scrum best practices, followed from the initiation through the delivery of IT projects. Serves as a liaison between the product owner and development team to ensure requirements are delivered and key milestones are met. Facilitates meetings for backlog refinement, iteration review and planning. Removes impediments impacting the team’s ability to meet their commitment. The Agile Scrum Master will work as the key change agent to help teams embrace agile principles and practices. Tasks Keeping Scrum process on track and passing it to the team as self-organization matures Leveraging data to measuring & monitoring progress Manage each project’s scope and timeline Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Coordinate sprints , retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Be the customers' voice for external communications (e.g. customers or stakeholders) Contribute to build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Cooperate with Product Manager and Product Owner and Product Designer Requirements A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager A strong understanding of the software development life cycle and a proven track record as the Scrum Master for multiple teams delivering complex technical projects Experience in creating release plans using agile practices Ability to coach and to provide directions to the teams in the initial stages of adopting scrum methodologies Experience using Agile Tools to manage backlog and track iterations Experience with Asana Experience in Product Design and Agile Management Experience with Design Sprint , OKR , JTBD frameworks Are you determined to overcome the challenges this role brings?
