It is this belief that brings us together and sets us apart.Apply and come join our team!HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU-LL BE DOING:Qualitative and quantitative assigned sales target achievements (for all Kellogg's and Pringles brands respecting both the Corporate trade strategy and K- Values). Contribute to the development of commercial strategy and trade policy integrating sales international guidelines and principles, supervising both its efficient implementation in top customers plan and its execution. Identify AFH objectives, k-activities per Channel-area and direct customer. Responsible for improving the forecast process and achieving agreed service standards.Actively participates to the definition of Annual Plans/Strategies and to the international meetings for the development of the assigned AFH & specialty channels. Habitual shadowing of Partner's sales forces to better understand channel dynamics. Give consistent support in development of trade strategy per channel. National and local deal development and closure, working with a longer term perspective to address needs and customer engagement. Efficient P&L management of the national AFH business plan and assigned customers and partners; Work to improve financial KPIs (product mix and spending) and cooperate with customers and Kellogg finance team to manage issues.Propose communication and promotional K-activities to promote Kellogg's image in FAFH channels Collaborate with activation team to share information, best practices and each new sales opportunity. Lead a team composed by 4 senior people (one per channel/sub channel).YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:Previous AFH Experience (around 3-4 years) and/or retail sales experience with national and regional customers;Technical Skills: Negotiation & selling, analysis and synthesis, planning ability (customer activities, financials, supply chain), good IT skills, clean driving licence;Soft Skills: Excellent team worker, problem solving attitude, ability to work under pressure, self-motivator, autonomous, good interpersonal and "entrepreneurial" skillsGood knowledge of Categories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviourFluent in local language and English is a must.
