Senior Social Media ManagerFull-time | MilanDomingo Communication is an omnichannel communication agency, working with international brands in the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors since 1999.We are currently looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Digital Department and lead the strategy and execution of social media projects for our fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients.We're seeking a candidate with in-depth knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
), a strategic approach to digital communication, and strong visual sensitivity aligned with the positioning of the agency and its clients.
The ideal profile has proven experience in managing digital editorial projects and integrated campaigns from end to end, along with the ability to coordinate creative teams and external suppliers.The role involves direct client interaction, supervision of both organic and paid content, performance analysis, and constant updates on emerging digital trends.
Strong copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset are key.Requirements:4–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within agencies or digital-first environmentsExcellent understanding of social media dynamics and familiarity with key management and analytics toolsAbility to design and manage editorial plansStrong client-facing and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for visual cultureAnalytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, track performance across platforms, and deliver clear reportingStart date: ASAPSchedule: Full-timeLocation: Domingo Communication, Via G.
