Senior Workday Time Tracking & Absence Configuration Analyst

A global organisation undergoing a multi-phase HR transformation and Greenfield Workday implementation is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to join their growing HRIS team.This is a fully remote, permanent role (Italy or Spain based).
You'll take the lead in configuring and optimising the Time Tracking & Absence modules, collaborating with internal stakeholders and the implementation partner.
Key Details Location: Remote Contract: PermanentAbout the Role:This hands-on position will see you actively configuring Workday, shaping business processes, and ensuring a successful rollout of Time Tracking & Absence functionality as part of a wider transformation programme.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional and configuration lead for Workday Time Tracking & AbsenceDesign, configure, and test business processes in partnership with Workday consultants and internal teamsTranslate business needs into scalable Workday configurationsExecute core configuration tasks (eligibility rules, time codes, accruals, etc.
)Support integration with time clocks, payroll, and third-party toolsLead SIT, UAT, and parallel testingCreate training documentation and provide user trainingDeliver post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams? Skills & Experience4–5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (Time Tracking & Absence)Workday implementation experience (in-house or consulting)Strong understanding of HR/time/absence business processes and complianceAbility to work independently on complex configurationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, global environmentProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sound like a good fit?
