He/She will be based in Florence within the Manufacturing Intelligence Center. As a Staff Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with business functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements. Shaping technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture. Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources. Tracking project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected. Working with EA to provide use cases to build new apps or enhance existing ones in BH Cloud environment. Coordinating the internal team and external/contractors activities/tasks. Lead weekly and bi-weekly rhythms with internal customers and stakeholders. In addition to this, you will be responsible as Product Owner of two strategic tools within Sensor Enablement Product Portfolio: Smart Factory : a tool aimed to monitor Machine Tools and provide Basic KPIs to Manufacturing functions. Logistics Platform : a tool that helps Logistics organization in TPS to digitize and optimize shipping operations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Degree in Computer Science or 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Have PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications. Be proficient with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Be proficient in written and spoken English.
