Position Overview: Reporting to the Assurance Sales Manager Italy, Eurofins seeks a dynamic individual to expand its Food and Consumer Assurance activities in Italy.
These include food labelling services, certification, auditing (social, quality, environmental, security), and training.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain, develop, and grow customer relationships, ensuring services meet client needs. Enhance client relationships through professional support and customer care. Collaborate with existing partners and develop new relationships to boost business growth and market visibility. Contribute to sales planning and marketing campaigns. Analyze current KPIs and develop new metrics to monitor progress. Coordinate with marketing resources as needed. Apply best practices across responsibilities. Work collaboratively in teams and independently when required. Be open-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Promote and demonstrate the company's vision. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality, adhering to Eurofins procedures and client requirements. Conduct activities safely and efficiently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools effectively. Qualifications: High school diploma or bachelor's degree. Knowledge of food safety certification and audit schemes; experience with CRM tools. Previous sales experience or relevant experience in a Certification Body or consultancy is preferred. Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Office applications. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact effectively with clients and management. Proficiency in business software, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, project management, and resource planning tools. Additional Information: Travel required within Italy.
