As they continue to scaleacross Southern Europe, they're hiring a Vice President of Sales todrive new business growth, expand enterprise relationships, andlead go-to-market strategy across Southern Europe.
The Role As VPof Sales, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing salesorganization focused on complex, enterprise-level deals across theinsurance value chain.
You'll play a central role in shapingcommercial strategy, managing key client relationships, andmentoring a national sales team—all while working closely withsenior leadership and product stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive new logoacquisition and revenue growth - Lead, coach, and grow a team ofenterprise sales professionals across Southern Europe.
- Own andnurture relationships with C-level decision-makers at insurancecarriers and MGAs - Collaborate with marketing, product, andcustomer success to align GTM execution - Accurately forecastpipeline, performance, and targets across sales territories -Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customerengagements What We're Looking For - 6+ years of experience inenterprise software sales, preferably within insurance technologyor financial services SaaS - Proven success in building andmanaging national sales teams in a high-growth environment - Deepunderstanding of the P&C insurance ecosystem and the buyingjourney of carriers/MGAs - Strong network of industry relationshipsand ability to navigate complex sales cycles - Strategic mindsetpaired with hands-on execution and results-driven focus - Based inthe Italy (remote or hybrid options available) Why Join?
