We do technology innovation to build advantage for our company.We're inviting you to apply and join us as:IT Operation Manager for P&G Gattatico plantGattatico, Italy (Reggio Emilia)In this position, you will join our Procter&Gamble IT team and manage end-to-end IT Operations in our manufacturing site.In this role, you will be accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant:E2E IT operation for his/her siteOperational excellence (always on) IT & OT Infrastructure & NetworkingSystemic remediation of IT issues identified by GIAIT Continuity planning (avoid unplanned downtime)IT Compliance, Cybersecurity vulnerability, & Info SecurityWork plan will be adapted to the site priorities and will require technical mastery to implement IT technical work. The ITOT leader will balance capacity in line with local CBN needs and global GBS focus area.Key Responsibilities:Incident Management & Solution: Demonstrate accountability and ownership to lead most technical incidents to solutions within the assigned technical area and work with relevant team (GBS IT operation, partners and Local Business experts ) to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents (i.e. local fix in case of operational issues with manufacturing/Warehousing solutions or network outages).Technical Mastery Demonstrate technical knowledge and critical thinking skills solving issues related to applications, computing and network.Escalation Management: Minimize impact to business by identifying potential customer concerns and alert management proactively, elevating to right operation team.Problem Management: Begin to proactively and reactively provide solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility, interoperating with the P&G business and P&G operating standards, key personnel and partners.Change Management/Implementation: Responsible for implementing and leading IT Organizational change for the assigned site (review, approve, control quality of execution)Continuous improvement: Identfy opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT/OT operations and work closely with IT Operations Leader & P&G TSP to deliver the agreed Continuous Improvement planSolution Design: SPOC for MYPGS project manager as consultant for local infrastructure needs within area(s) of technical responsibility.Stewardship: Performer of IT CSAs and responsible for timely closure of the issues with quality. ITIL Foundation Certified would be beneficialApplication & Integration – ability to analyze and resolve integration needs through different application (local/global)IT/OT Infrastructure Subject Matter Expertise – Good understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to improve an expertise that is now recognized as a critical skill in the new IT career model. This includes NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing.Teamwork/Vendor /Partner Management - Ability to work optimally in a highly matrix organization where boundaries are sometimes unclear.
