Join Electrolux Professional Group - as 360 MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - BA LAUNDRY ABOUT THE JOB The 360 Marketing & Communication Specialist for the Global BA Laundry is responsible for driving the preparation and execution of the Commercial Launches across the 360 omni-channel touchpoints and follow up on the activation in the local markets. ABOUT YOUR TASKSDefinition of relevant touchpoints and development of assets for CL Creation of master content for omnichannel deployment (key messages, TCO, Lifecycle cost approach, proof points)Proactive participation to the Product Development team meetings and preparation of CL deliverables Preparation of launch material packages, digital and traditional Coordination of execution and activation formats (webinars, launch events…) Updating and supervision of the relevant tools with launch material Activation and follow up of CL packages & programs Photo shooting, customer voices and references collection in conjunction with the local Sales teamCoordination with relevant functions internally (RD, BD, CC) and externally (agencies, suppliers)Manage the internal communication digital channel and keep it active ABOUT YOUUniversity Degree5+ years of work experience in similar roles in B2B marketing Digital proficiency Financial basics Fluent English is mandatory both written and spoken, any other language will be considered a plusA team player willing to take on new challenges within an intercultural environment Proactive and ready to cooperate cross-functionally to create networks Good at public speaking and with presentation skillsGood at business storytelling and capable of copy- writing Capable and eager of driving and applying digital thinking within own areaExcellent project management skills, and capable of keeping deadlines Creative mindset REQUIRED COMPETENCES• Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external• Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
