DescriptionAbout this opportunity We are now looking for an Account Manager (AM) to lead our MVNO and Towerco Solutions for Kam Italy Operator (KAM ITO). Through critical thinking, business development and coordination of domains resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson and the KAM ITO.This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers' business, operations and objectives. We are searching for an AM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships, knowing your number while actively contributing to making customers successful!If this position sounds interesting to you, continue reading!What you will do Customer relationship management and business development towards CxOImprove customer relationships and build loyalty while enhancing customer satisfaction.Achieve short-term sales targets and develop long term business.Act as the lead negotiators for new contracts and renewals.Generate profitable sales.Lead and develop strong sales teams.Successfully manage and grow the P&L.Manage the balance sheet (cash collections, inventory, revenue recognition, etc.)Development and delivery of winning proposals.Responsible to capture customer strategies and requirementsSell the complete Ericsson product and service portfolio incl 3PP according to Domain's indicationsDrive sales process until Sales Decision Process, set delivery requirements for post Sales Decision Process, maintain customer contact until end of projectYou will bring Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar7-10 years of experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry. Minimum 5 years in commercial role.Good knowledge of innovative Network architecture and new technologies (Microservices based architecture, Docker, Orchestration, XaaS, Big Data, AI,OSS/BSS, Core, Radio etc)Consultative selling skills and commercial understandingPerseverant and result orientedLeadership and change enablement skillsYour ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be neededExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to negotiate and close large sophisticated dealsExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsA strong sense of perseverance and be open minded, with a passion to winAbility to foster and maintain strong executive relationshipsInnovative and creativeSocial ability and interpersonal skillsFluent Italian and good EnglishWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
