Account Payable Associate

The position is based in Rome. Reporting to the Payable Team Coordinator, he/she responsible for the following activities:
Verify and posting invoices against purchase orders before issuing payment to vendorsClarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or quantity discrepanciesEnsure that all supplier statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure the accuracy of financial statements and handle financial monthly closingMonitoring records of outstanding payablesPerform reconciliation of accountsEnsure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposesProfileMaster's degree in economy or related field requiredAt least 3 years of experience in accountingExcellent knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)Strong knowledge of SAP4HKnowledge of English is requiredDynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciateTime management capacity to respect deadlineOrganized and detail-orientedA high level of personal discipline and integrity is highly recommendedFlexible and able to adapt quickly to changesLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person's singularities.
