Accountant- Assistant

col-wideJob Description:Job DescriptionThis role will support the accounting operations, mainly related to accounts payable, and in the daily contact with suppliers. It will also support the customer collections accounts.Main responsibilities:•To support the input of incoming invoices in the systems •To support the checking-up and closing of files and to check up on outstanding suppliers. •To support preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation of processes to meet account requirements and changes in customer demands • Day-to-day accounting activities •Controlling AR/AP/General Ledger •Assisting in day-to-day operations Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements •2-3 years experience in a similar position •Knowledge of basic and accounting topics, such as tax procedures, accounting software, economics, principles of finance, and standard business practices •knowledge of business languages: Good communication in English •Advanced Excel skills
