Role Overview:We are seeking a part-time accountant clerk to support our administrative and financial manager in managing the company's accounting. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions and accounting documents on an accounting system, preparing annual and semi-annual non-tax corporate balance sheets.
Skills and Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesAccurately record financial transactions and accounting documents on the company's accounting system.Record, verify, and submit monthly periodic VAT settlement communications with electronic submission of flows.Manage the active and passive billing process with document recording and submission.Manage the registration process of bank movements with related cash receipts and customer reminders.Collaborate with the administrative and financial manager to ensure correct accounting registration of transactions and documents.Maintain direct relationships with the reference accountant and his collaborators to correctly record accounting according to the latest regulatory updates.Ensure that all transactions and documents are accurately and promptly recorded.Support the administrative and financial manager in the process of preparing the company's annual and semi-annual non-tax balance sheets.Ensure compliance with the company's internal accounting procedures.Requirements:High school diploma in economics or accounting or a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.Previous experience in accounting registration and VAT settlement.Knowledge of Italian accounting regulations.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.Teamwork attitude and effective communication skills.Precision and attention to detail.Why Join Us?
