The identified profile, reporting directly to the Board, will be responsible for the following activities:Supervise and coordinate the administrative, accounting and tax area of the company, supported by his/her team, with oversight of activities related to co.ge. and corporate and tax compliance;Ensure the proper management of all administrative, accounting flows and the regular maintenance of accounting documents and records in accordance with current regulations;Managing the most relevant VAT issues;Managing relations with external stakeholders (auditors, lending institutions, etc.,.);Drafting/editing the company's financial statements and knowledge related also to the preparation of consolidated financial statements (Italian and foreign companies);Experience in Controlling and Finance Area;Reporting on the two subsidiaries (Italy and Foreign);Collaboration with the IT function in order to ensure the correct information flow of data and strategically support the implementation of a new ERP;Personnel administration with the support of the external Labor Consultant.Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance and/or equivalent training;Knowledge of using Microsoft ERP (Dynamics Business Central) preferred;Previous experience in the role in medium to structured environments;At least 4-5 years' experience in the role;Good knowledge of the English language;Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a plus;Excellent interpersonal and team management skills; along with confidentiality, problem solving, flexibility, proactivity, inspirational leadership and reliability in the role.Place of work: Milan For applications, please send your CV at ******.
