Client Description:Lhh is looking for Accounting & Tax Manager for branch of the successful global company. Responsibilities The candidate will be directly responsible for: - Leading the accounting Team, driving engagement and actively promoting innovation, digitalization and processes improvement in general; - Coordinating and supervising all accounting, tax and related activities and tasks (e.G. general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables and collection, treasury, monthly closing and reporting, tax accomplishments, etc.) ensuring their correctness, quality, timing and compliance with tax and legal regulations, accounting principles and directives, being also an active performer; - Ensure theregular monitoring and reconciliation of all P&L, B/S and transitory accounts; - Ensure theTreasury Management and Banking Functions in accordance with legislative, regulatory and Treasury requirements; - Ensure quality and timing of tax calculation, declaration and payment in coordination with external advisors; - Ensure thequality andtiming of all activities related to the Transfer Pricing Policy applied by the company, in coordination with Group Tax and external advisors; - Statutory financial statements preparation in coordination with external advisors; - Managementof corporate and accounting books, e.G. journal voucher, VAT; - Managementof the relationship with external auditors and advisors and other main stakeholders; - Be one of the Key Leaders and reference members within the finance department and the main Speaking Partner in relation to accounting & tax matters within the organization; - Be one of the Key Users of the finance system and a Key Actor in the implementation of the new ERP system Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements: - University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics; - Minimum 8-10 years ofadvanced experience in Accounting and Tax, preferably in local entities of multinational groups; - Former experiences inAudit and/or as Team Leader are considered an important plus; - Fluent in Italian andEnglish both written and spoken; - High levelof integrity and reliability; autonomous, rigorous, accurate and structured; - Strong knowledge of Accounting and Tax related matters; - Proven ability to manage resources, direct and indirect; - Analyticalwith continuous improvement mindset and ability to understand and challenge status quo; - Proactive with own drive, able to take action and solve problems; - Project management and organizational skills; - Good business understanding, customer focus and responsiveness; - Ability towork both independently as well as in team and to build relationships; - Very good knowledge of MS Office applications; - IDMS knowledge is considered a strong plus.#LI-NM1
