For our Bentivoglio (BO) office we are looking for an Air Logistics Customer Care Manager Your Role The Air Logistics Customer Care Manager works within the Air Logistics Function. It focuses on Customer Care and assists the Customer Care Location (CCL) on the implementation of the General Cargo strategy for all internal and external customers, ensuring overall excellence, strong and valuable coordination between Global Services (GS), Operational Care Center (OCC), Gateway, Pricing and Key Account Managers.
