Job Purpose: In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Sales Specialist Apple.The specialist will focus on our Apple Business and will have allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio products and vendors pricing. He/she will be part of Apple operations and will provide exceptional service managing customer requests and orders, collaborating with TD SYNNEX internal structure.Responsibilities:Builds excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial directionContributes to active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activitiesManage reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers, contributing to solve questions and problemsAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagementSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelops partner relationship (including account planning, cross-selling etc.)Provides accurate and timely quotationsKnowledge Skills and Experience:2+ years of experiencePassion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem.
