Responsibilities
• Assist the Service Manager in managing the shipment order portfolio to meet customer demand• Collaborate with global planning and logistics functions to ensure safe and adaptable shipping plan• Track any order delays and report the causes• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order fulfillment and discrepancies
Requirements
• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Fluency in English• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
Key Skills Needed
• Management Engineering or Economics degree• Excellent Excel skills
