Specialized recruitment agency is looking for an Area ManagerResponsible for business development and consolidation in assigned areaReporting directly to the Commercial Director
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage 13 agents in the designated geographic area• Manage HORECA, INGROSSO, GDO clients with autonomy• Support agents in sales activities• Promote the search for replacement agents• Ensure constant presence in assigned area• Participate in strategic planning for the area• Monitor area performance and take corrective measures if necessary• Evaluate sales results, terms, and key performance metrics• Maintain and develop customer relationships in assigned area• Provide adequate support for luxury and top-line clients• Regularly communicate with company managers and provide performance reports
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in economics and/or humanities• At least 5 years of experience in wine/spirits companies• Team coordination skills• Analytical and strategic planning skills• Proactive attitude• Good relationship-building skills
