Your area of responsibility will be Northwestern Italy including Piemonte, Val d'Aosta and the main part of Lombardia, with a specific focus on Milano. You will manage a sales force of 8 agents (growing to a team of 13). Your responsibilities will span from formulating business development strategies to ensuring operational efficiency and financial success to achieve sales and pricing goals in your area.Responsibilities:Set standards and objectives.Lead a sales team, help them plan their activities and motivate them to reach sales targetsOptimize and oversee operations to ensure efficient collaboration with the customers (pharmacies)Undertake financial management to ensure the pharmacies are profitable and stay within budget.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.Profile:4-5 years' experience as an area manager or similar with team managementPharmacy or Healthcare background is mandatoryKnowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principlesDigital and computer skillsExceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal abilitiesStrong business acumen with a strategic orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
